The expanders, thin fiberglass rods that sit around the smoke opening in all Safir and Zirkon models to strech the opening, are easily replaceable if damaged. Read "Packing the Nordic tipi" for the correct way to fold the tent fabric to avoid future damage to the expanders and their sleeves.
The expanders are sold individually.
